Luisa Marin was awarded the James Chair at St Francis University in Antigonish (Nova Scotia, Canada) in the Fall of 2019 but has just recently been able to make her trip to StFX due to the myriad of pandemic restrictions and travel-related issues over the past 3 years.

On the past 12^th of June, Dr. Marin gave her 2023 Visiting James Chair Lecture: “Photocatalysts for environmental applications”.
